The CT Hospital Building, Karmala, is a commercial healthcare structure designed by Area Architects & Urban Designers, Pune, for a Solapur-based client. Spanning 1,10,000 sq. feet, the project is currently ongoing. The hospital features a modern design with rectangular projections, ensuring structural strength and a clean look.
The reinforced concrete framework, vertical fins, and well-placed windows provide stability and ventilation. A grand entrance with a framed portico offers easy access, while landscaped areas enhance the surroundings. Designed for medical and patient care, the building ensures efficient space use, durability, and sustainability, making it an important healthcare facility in Karmala.
