Our Founders
Mayur Kulkarni is the founder of Mayur Kulkarni and Associates, a structural consultancy established in 2021. A postgraduate from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, he brings strong technical expertise in structural analysis, seismic design, and IS code-based solutions. His designs prioritize safety, functionality, and cost-efficiency—balancing structural integrity with architectural vision. With a client-first philosophy, Mayur uses finite element analysis (FEA), value engineering, and innovative materials to deliver future-ready, reliable structures. His systematic approach—from site assessment to execution—ensures practical, high-performance solutions appreciated by clients for their clarity and efficiency.

Manali Kulkarni is a results-driven civil engineer with a Master’s degree and a passion for structural consultancy. Since co-founding the firm in 2021, she has played a pivotal role in operations, team leadership, and client engagement. Manali heads the analysis team while also managing office workflows and business development. Her strategic approach and dedication to quality have been key to the firm’s growth and reputation across Maharashtra.
