About Us

My journey started as a Structural Consultant right after completion of my Post Graduation from Walchand College of Engineering. While gaining a reputation in the company, I was fortunate enough to handle few projects of my own. My designs were well received not only by end-users but were also appreciated by reputed architects of the industry. The flow of projects increased and I and my wife decided to start a full-time business of our own.

While working in the market, we realized the need for affordable, simple and adaptive designs to address the needs of our customers while letting Architects experiment with the designs to nurture the aesthetics of the building. Our quick service and efficient designs have helped us to choose of our stakeholders so far, and we believe that attitude will help us to grow in future as well.

Initially, Mayur Kulkarni and Associates were operating in Satara, Pune and nearby vicinity. With the office setup in Satara, we were able to deliver our services to the above-mentioned locations. But as the demand from our stakeholders has been registered from many other parts of Maharashtra, we have recently started an office in Pune as well.

We believe our Vision to deliver timely, sturdy, affordable and easy to work designs with latest technology. that will make us the prime choice of current and future stakeholders.
